ZETACAL

ZETACAL is an 8% calcium acetate solution, specially designed to prevent calcium deficiencies in crops, being a chloride and nitrate free source. ZETACAL is suitable for both fertigation and foliar application, which is favoured by the complexing effect produced by the action of organic acids (acetate), which favour the mobility and translocation of calcium inside the plant, thus preventing the physiopathologies derived from its deficiency or lack of assimilation. It is an ideal product for use in areas where nitrogen applications, for astronomical or environmental reasons, are not necessary in combination with calcium.

The chemical compound calcium acetate is the calcium salt of acetic acid. Its standard name is calcium ethanoate. The bonding of ethanoate with calcium gives the latter complexing properties so that its availability and efficacy is greatly increased.

HANDLING AND DOSAGE INSTRUCTIONS

PREVENTION OF CRACKING: It is advisable to make 2-4 applications between fruit set and ripening.
CONTROL DE ACORCHADO (Bitter pit): Apply after petal fall with an interval of 10-14 days with several treatments.
PODREDUMBRE APICAL: Apply from the setting of the first bunch to the fourth every two weeks.
